AI hiring platform

Hire at scale. Decide with evidence.

Narad runs your hiring pipeline at volume and hands your team the evidence to decide.

See how it works

Built for high-volume technical hiring.

A 65-second animated film showing how Narad works, with music and no speech. Its candidate, Meera Krishnan, is an illustrative example. Its captions, in order: Every applicant deserves a real evaluation. Meet Narad. It runs your hiring pipeline. Your rounds, in your order. Candidates sourced. Every resume read, with the reasoning. A real phone conversation. Recorded and transcribed. Then Narad conducts the technical interview. A conversation, on your questions. Coding, in a real editor. System design, on a shared canvas. Your interviewers meet the shortlist. Narad takes the notes. Your team decides, with the evidence. Hire at scale. Decide with evidence.

What runs today

  • Your rounds, in your order: resume, voice, technical, human. Pick any, repeat any.
  • The human interview scheduled against your panel's real availability, with Narad in the room to record it and write the notes
  • Every decision recorded, with the evidence behind it
  • Candidates need only a phone and a browser

The challenge

Every applicant deserves a real evaluation.

That takes judgement, and today the judgement comes from the few people you most need building.

  1. Every resume reads well

It takes a real evaluation to tell candidates apart.

AI writing tools polish every application, so keywords match on nearly all of them.

  2. Interviews fill your engineers’ week

Hiring moves at the pace of your interviewers’ calendars.

First-round interviews take up the days of the people you most need building.

  3. Each stage lives in its own tool

A candidate’s story ends up spread across three places.

Each tool keeps its own notes, and context thins at every handoff.

Narad connects the evaluation work into one pipeline.

How it works

One pipeline, from first resume to final decision.

Follow one candidate through all six stages. Each stage hands back the same three things: a score, the reasoning, and the evidence behind it. That keeps candidates comparable all the way through.

  1. 01Sourcing

Candidates from the systems you already use.

Bring the candidates for a role in from wherever they are today: export from your ATS, import a CSV, or drop in a batch of resume PDFs. Narad recognises duplicates as they arrive.

  2. 02Resume

Every resume read and scored against your role, with the reasoning attached.

Narad reads each resume against the role you described, scores the fit, and writes a short explanation beside every score. Your shortlist arrives ranked and explained.

  3. 03Voice

A real phone conversation, recorded and transcribed.

Narad phones each candidate for a real conversation, in the language you set for the round. Every call is recorded, transcribed and scored.

  4. 04Technical

Your technical round, scored on your rubric.

Your tech lead describes the round, and Narad runs it: a technical conversation, or a coding round in a real editor. Every answer is scored on your rubric, and the recording is kept with the result.

    • Conversational
    • CodingRuns in a real, dedicated code editor. Not yet proven at production scale.
  5. 05Human interview

Scheduled on your panel's real availability. Narad sits in and takes the notes.

Narad keeps your interviewers’ availability and reserves the exact slot. During the interview it records the conversation and writes the notes your panel reads afterwards.

  6. 06Decision

Your team decides, with the evidence in front of them.

Your team advances, rejects or extends an offer. Narad records each decision with the person who made it, along with the reason or note they added.

Narad runs every round. Your team can review or overrule any of them, and the final interview is with your own people.

The product

One candidate, the whole picture.

Everything your team needs to evaluate someone lives on one screen: every score, every recording, and the reasoning behind each one.

Illustrative example of a candidate page in Narad: the job and its stage tabs across the top; the candidate with scores from resume, voice and technical rounds, the signals and concerns behind them, the call recording, its transcript and a reviewer’s note in the middle; and the timestamped event timeline on the right.

AI copilot

Describe how you hire. The copilot builds the rounds.

One assistant, everywhere in Narad. Describe a job and it drafts the job. Describe how you evaluate and it builds the round. It carries that context forward to the candidates who come through.

Your questions, your format, your rubric. Narad runs the interview you already run.

Deciding

See the evidence behind every score.

Every evaluation arrives with what it is based on: the score, the reasoning, the recording and the transcript. Your team reads the evidence and makes the decision.

The full history of every candidate

Every action is added to the candidate’s timeline and stays there. Whenever someone asks how a decision was reached, the whole history is ready to read.

Every concern comes with its evidence

When Narad raises a concern, it writes down exactly what it noticed and links the full session recording. Your reviewers see what Narad saw.

Questions

Common questions

Does Narad make the hiring decision?

Your team makes every hiring decision. Narad evaluates candidates and hands over the evidence behind each evaluation. Advancing, rejecting and hiring are actions your people take, and Narad records each one with its reason.

How does Narad decide what to ask candidates?

Every round runs from a configuration your own people write: the phases, the topics to cover, the topics to leave out, and example questions at the level you expect. Your tech lead writes the technical round.

Can we use our own interview process?

Yes, and it is what Narad is built for. Describe your process in plain language, and Narad runs it the way you described.

Can a human review or override an AI evaluation?

Yes, at every stage. A reviewer can overrule any evaluation, and their reason is saved with the decision.

Can we bring candidates from our existing ATS?

Yes. Export from whichever system holds your candidates, including an in-house one, and import by CSV or as a batch of resumes. A name and a resume are all Narad needs to start. Tell us which system you use and how you use it, and we will walk you through how Narad fits beside it.

What roles does Narad support?

Technical and non-technical. You configure which rounds a role needs: technical roles — backend, frontend, mobile, data, ML, platform, DevOps, SRE, QA and security — can include a technical round; non-technical roles run resume screening, the voice screen and the human interview.

How is candidate data handled?

Candidate records are scoped to your organisation, access is granted explicitly, and recordings follow a retention policy. Every action on a candidate is added to an append-only trail, so you can always see who saw what and who decided what.

How does pricing work?

Pricing follows your hiring volume. A short conversation about your scale is all we need to give you a number.

See it run on your own pipeline.

Tell us what you are hiring for, and we will show you how Narad would run it.
